Crossfit Dawn is the place to go if you’re ready to look, feel and perform your best. You’ll find our gym (In CrossFit, we call it a box!) to be filled with people who are friendly and encouraging. We’re a melting pot of different people with one common goal – to get better in every aspect of our lives. The strength, endurance and energy you’ll gain by training at CrossFit Dawn doesn’t stop when you leave the gym. You’ll find the benefits improve every part of your day.
We’re not a CrossFit box made of “elite athletes”. Working mums, business owners, families, retirees and students are the type of people that train here. Coaches will guide you through the workout each time you walk into the gym. You’ll never feel lost of left behind.
If you’re willing to train an hour a day, at least 3 times a week (come more if you like!) and generally follow the nutrition we’ll teach you, you’re going to see amazing results. You can expect to lose fat, gain lean muscle, increase your strength, boost your energy and increase your daily productivity.
